Coaching Services

1-2-1 Coaching

With our 1-2-1 coaching service all athletes will have an initial consultation to find out more about the athlete and his/her goals and to help us tailor the training plan to meet the athletes needs. Where possible the consultation will also include an initial fitness test to accurately determine specific training goals using heart rate and or power. If you can't make it to our facilities we will advise you on how best to perform a test to provide us with the information we required.

Your customised training plan will be created using Training Peaks software and emailed to you on a weekly based. You will be set up with a Training Peaks Premium athlete account, were you can download you sessions and upload your training data after each session. This will enable us to better manage your progress and make any necessary changes to you plan. Included in this service are:

  • Initial consultation and fitness assessment (where possible).

  • Determination of training zones.

  • Personalised training plan.

  • Unlimited email support.

  • Fortnightly progress meeting.

  • Revisions to plan as needed.

  • Monthly summary of progress.

  • Training Peaks Premium athlete account.

Training Plans

If you don't want or need a fully supported 1-2-1 coaching service, we also offer a range of training plans for cycling, triathlon, running and strength training that you can follow on your own.

What you get:

  • A personal training calendar powered by TrainingPeaks.

  • View workouts on the go with the free TrainingPeaks apps for iPhone or Android.

  • Upload your workouts from over 90 compatible devices.

  • Log workouts and analyze heart rate, power, pace and other data.
